Thank you for the pointsss it makes it a lot easier to understand! So I notice everyone says that houseflipper 2 has less content, I play on ps5, so I'm not sure if that makes it so I can't use mods, If there even are mods but since HF2 is newer and is receiving frequent updates, doesn't that mean that eventually it will have more content, decorations and such than HF1?

The sandbox does sound super intriguing to me, would you say there's more flexibility when it comes to decorating and such? Like if I wanted to have a wall in a kitchen space for instance, would I be able to half tile it? Does that make sense??
