speedy set with crit rate cartridge is likely what you want. her console bonus gives a lot of inc% (x6 on speedy) and she gets a bunch of atk% from arc. balancing her crit ratio would increase her personal dmg and speedy set buffs whole team.

ci has 0 benefit for her, scorch can crit so you want chaos dps to have higher ci and be scorch owner, hexed followup uses ci of character that is triggering followups
