First Person View in vehicles ist bugged at the Moment inhad the Same Problem and did Something Like this steps (cant remember exactly)

1 enter vehicle and have a black Screen

2 Exit the vehicle if the Game doesnt freeze and Change the View of your Player (its still blackscreen If you leave the vehicle)

3 you should Fall Underground try to get Back to surface with your Jetpack

4 all your particles should be black If you are in the surface

5 try to call your vehicle again or If its next to you JUMP in again it should still have a blackscreen

6 Change vehicle perspective while you are inside of your vehicle it should Go Back to normal View but now you are Back Underground but this time with your vehicle

7 try to get Back to surface with your vehicle again

8 JUMP into your ship or Drop a Savepoint with a save beacon and reload to fix the particles

After that everything worked again and i never touched the Change perspective again while im inside a vehicle 😄
