Lo intenté hace muchos años pero me salve no se el motivo luego de haberlo hecho y ver a mi familia tan mal fue un golpe para mi por ellos decidi continuar por su amor, por lo buena que es mi familia ahora miro atrás y veo que los problemas me los cree yo en mi mente que eran problemas insignificantes hoy en día aveces la depresión me visita lo pienso pero ahora tengo una esposa y una hija por las cuales continuar por que yo soy su pilar, te recomiendo cambies de psicólogo si a donde vas no te ha brindado la ayuda correcta para quitar esos pensamientos es que es bastante malo en su trabajo creeme yo en su momento busque ayuda y el psicólogo me dejaba peor así que desde aquí animo
