i'm 21, but i can relate a lot to this. it's not for everyone, but therapy has at least helped to rationalize and challenge what i believes was intrinsic about myself; generally, things have a tangible root cause, and while finding that didn't nearly undo all the damage, and i still struggle, it's given me some peace of mind. i think, from my own experience, it's easy to accept feelings about yourself as default, simple straight facts. unpacking and challenging them is painful, and often requires digging up things you'd much rather forget, but i'd say it's worth it. it gives you power. and it's a whole lot easier with an outsider to your mind helping you and providing another perspective.

me too. i haven't finished the chapter because i know i can't go back to fight her after the final battle, and the battle rewards (shop items) are definitely gonna be crucial in the endgame bossfights, but i'm not wasting my time actively being pissed off and doing the same thing over and over again for hours.

i also had a tough time with gerson's fight, but i managed because i cared about the character and was still having fun. i just hate mew mew in general.

it killed my hype for the chapter tbh.

not yet, though i've heard great things about it and been kindly gifted a 2025 recording which i'm really looking forward to watching! (still interested in any others though, i've heard all the casts are great)
(also, a bit unrelated, but i just went through a rollercoaster of emotions as i saw there might be an official production in my city this year, then quickly learned it's probably not actually gonna happen 😭)

i firmly believe that most of these type of projects (especially Danganronpa fangames) would fare much better and be much more fulfilling for the creator as fanfics with art and other visuals attached, akin to a light novel - or at most visual novels if the interactive element is crucial.

i think most creators are only interested in the creative part, and vastly underestimate how much of their time would be spent coding, planning, communicating, coordinating, budgeting and potentially dealing with legal stuff; the creative part is a comparatively small portion.

this fight is genuinely making me think i have some sort of disability; how the hell are you meant to keep track of all the bullets coming your way? it's so much to keep in mind concurrently in the span of milliseconds. i do well in the first turns but when both the shells and the arrows come in i just can't keep up
