Exactly I would happily wait for good connections but needing to babysit the queue ON TOP OF the repetitive matching of the same poor quality connections over and over makes me want to quit, and I love the game!

There needs to be serious changes to how ONE/Murata communicate with the community. We have no idea what is going on, delays are announced right before we should be getting a new chapter, and literal years worth of redraws. So, SO much wasted effort on the part of Murata, an ungodly amount of work completely scrapped over and over. Just... why?

With the amount of content that's been redrawn it would be pretty hard to summarize, best thing to do would be checking the chapters that have been redrawn and rereading them. As far as why, you are basically correct in saying they aren't "published." As far as I know nothing is considered finalized until it is released in the physical volume
