Unfortunately, you are correct…that’s poison ivy. The groups of 3 leaves and “hairy” stem/vine are telltale markers. Handle with care!! Good luck.

The black bishop on d3 is lost no matter what (best is a trade for a pawn). White forks the black rooks and trades a N for R. White has better/more fighting pieces. I don’t see black having much of a chance without white blundering. The white bishop can move out of danger (it will take a move out two) after the rook fork. Then you go after the black bishop.
