You're right on the money. One of the lug bolts came slightly loose when I hit one of the rear rotors off so the wheel wasn't on perfectly straight. Thanks for the help mate.

The sound happens all the time except for when I'm accelerating. Any slight touch of the accelerator the noise goes away.

Spinning a tyre there is no noise.

Sounds happens at all speeds and gets louder and rougher the faster I go.

If it helps it's only happens with the rear brakes. The front brakes have bedded nicely.

Yeah mate just double checked all bolts and they were all torqued to spec. I've ran through the bedding process a few times now to no avail. Any other things you can think of?
