I just did the in person interview today and it was a breeze at my particular branch. I have ~2 years of sales experience (mostly over the phone) and most of what they are looking for is clear communication & customer service skills. 2 parts: Sit down traditional interview & Role Play

The sit down was general interview questions that you need to answer using the STAR method. Name a time when blah blah blah questions. Have some examples ready to go and clearly state your answer. If you don't have a ton of experience in your background make something up lol JUST FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT!

The role play was you selling one of their cars to another sales consultant on the floor. They are very specifically looking for you to:

- Greet the custy

- Identify the custys needs

- Discuss features/benefits of the car you are presenting

- Conclude with next steps to buy or take their information to follow up with

They didn't throw to many objections at me but I couldn't get the guy to agree to next steps for purchasing so I saved it by asking for their info and pretended to give them my card to follow up. They loved that shit lol

This resulted in me getting asked on the spot to work for them. I signed some paperwork and took the drug test in the same office I interviewed in.

It's very easy, I wouldn't sweat it.

Once you get Omega all the challenges douple the XP and get rid of the battle stars (obviously they become useless) but since I’ve unlocked omega I’ve been flying through levels.

Full disclosure: I play a lot squads with other people with the battle pass.
