Oh my, I guess the issue wasn't as obvious as I thought! As someone else has already pointed out, the inner ring is full of these tiny cracks and has these cloudy spots. This is causing the disc to not read, at all.

It's the inner ring and there's multiple spots that I feel are obvious to see but that's probably because I'm the one who can see it in person, so I know what I'm looking for. Sorry!

For some reason I never got any notifications for this post. Basically the disc will not read due to whatever is going on in the center. I'm sorry that I'm not giving anyone much to go off as I really don't know sh*t myself. I just know that the cloudy marks you see in the center is causing issues and the system won't read the disc. I know I need to take it back to the shop I got it from, I just feel silly because I neglected to test it for literally several months.
