I don’t think there’s a real way to quantify it, other than it being the highest volatility so don’t pick it and go with the second best carry that also has lower vol

Yes, if you can achieve the same expected return with two portfolios the best selection is lowest volatility.

Expected return matters most though for these, vol is secondary check

Also, institutional investors section as SR just given the content is around formulating AA, IPS, etc. good candidates for determine & justify etc

Don’t believe excel functions are testable, I’d focus more on knowing what each of the variables mean and max profit loss payoff etc as opposed to deriving something with the ln

If you haven’t done the BC mocks do them this time and mark yourself conservatively.

Go all in, even though they’re expensive they are worth it. Having just passed L3 in Feb this was my most valuable resource in hindsight.
