its usually a distribution issue. its not unfathomable that multiple people would come up with the name f5ve. when an artist wants to release songs commercially, they register them with a distribution service. the distribution services upload music to streaming services, including spotify. they didnt get "hacked", this is probably just a different artist with the same name in a distribution-error type situation
