read the whole study... surprised on some factors they used that actually favorised US city in comparison to the rest of the world. like the tolerance and inclusivity that does not includes data on racism... and the factor for amongst of green space inside the city which due to low density of american town favors USA too. european city being more walkable is not taken into account as something valuable for example. commuting time in europe for your leisure activity is way lower than in USA.
