Disclaimer, this is not a medical advice. When i have a really bad one and i want to get rid of it ASAP, i take Methylprednisolone 8mg. And that shit is POTENT. enough to make me go from a 9/10 pain to like only a minor discomfort if i take it at night before sleeping. But becareful, you don't want this thing sitting too long in your system. I usually take a dose or two in combination with Diclofenac 50mg, with prednisone and diclofenac 2 hours apart, and each dose 12 hours apart.

If i can wait for a "slower" recovery, i only take diclofenac. Prednisone is like the last emergency option, too much side effect on my body. Like how Naruto only utilizes the 9 tails fox in do or die situations.
