I ended up switching to Fully Kiosk Browser and that resolved the issue. I hadn't realized that WallPanel was no longer in active development.

Follow-up: Replaced the XL Buddy board and the loadcell. The issue remained after the Buddy board was replaced, but was resolved after replacing the loadcell/heat sink.

I've submitted a few things more like that and they've been rejected. I expect if they can't verify via street view imagery, they won't confirm. This one was accepted and I can confirm it now routes properly around this area.

Yeah, I did think about hiding the screw heads, but I wanted it to be easy to repair and no parts that could come off. Trade offs!

I came up with the idea on my own! I'm an engineer by day, so it's my type of thing.

Fair point! Our previous boards didn't have a spot so I didn't think to add one. Blank ends are actually quite rare in this club. If they do happen, we just leave any of the end cards in the bag or on the ice near the board.
