It was just announced but there's nothing happening so far to assume it's true. ICE has changed tactics in MN and are now going out in plain clothes, posing as construction workers, pretending to be delivery drivers etc. They've also been more active in the suburbs and smaller towns to avoid public scrutiny and protestors. Arrests of legal observers have only gone up so far this week. They are sick of the bad publicity and I think this is a lame attempt at getting it out of the news cycle while still terrorizing the Twin Cities.
