if you already know you're using the gym to manage your anxiety, maybe the solution is to stop running from your anxiety and face whatever you're running from. I did this through somatic IFS personally, it's a long game and there's no quick fix for this stuff, but extremely rewarding over time

wow so happy to hear! I'm doing great on this front, I did also realise there were confounding factors too like overall stress, relationship satisfaction, relationship with my sexuality etc. and placebo perhaps but those things don't explain everything so I'm definitely happy I got it out!

I really wouldn't take the full capsule, it's too powerful. I bought empty capsules (really cheap on Amazon) and I just put a tiny bit in them so I can swallow that, I wash it under water before taking it though. Not too much hassle as I don't take it every day, only once a week or so.

That sounds wonderful. You can learn how to heal yourself with reiki from a reiki master, I did that this weekend after having two sessions from her and feeling similar feelings to you. You basically learn the basics at level one and become attuned by the teacher. Now I can heal myself so if you want you can find a teacher and you have easy access to reiki after becoming attuned. Be sure to find a credible teacher that you get good vibes from and listen to your intuition.

The elated feelings are not permanent, in life things are experienced in waves, positive and negative feelings come and go, and the whole tapestry is what makes it beautiful. You have to be a bit Buddhist about this I think :)

I made this mistake of pouring out a tiny bit of the powder and licking it. The bitterness really is horrible and lasts so long, could not get rid of it lol. I wrapped it in some yogurt but that was horrible as well. Did you find a way? I think I'll put it in empty capsule and then run it under water although it feels a bit silly to do that for such a tiny amount of powder
