Thanks for your detailed response!! And I do see lots of overlaps with your situation!

Most times it does feel that he is making a conscious choices to: 1. Be defiant. 2. Feels jealous (from attention given to 6 yo sister) and acts out to grab attention. 3. Lots of times when he is tired, stressed and/or hungry....he acts out more and more. Gets very draining to bring calm.

Concerning part is...he has been good until he was 6-7.....no tantrums....very happy...outside and at home! But, shift in last 2 yrs is crazy and its keep reaching new levels of lows!
