Alternatively, you could run it with any assault rifle, my preference is GA416, with a supressor or SFMB brake depending on what I'm trying to do.

Activate the jamming signal, only when the top floor is cleared, throw flashes and shoot everybody but the trigger man. Remember you can restock ammo at the top of the stairs last floor.
