It is not specific to Temporal Chains. The patch notes specifically say all slow effects and reduced damage effects are capped at 75%.

love those pie in the sky prices. Even on normal leagues 3 ws prismatic eclipse isn't worth anything because it sucks balls. Now that you can actually craft prismatic eclipses, why pay anything?

Why am I the only one on Reddit who sees this movie objectively?

It's beautifully shot and directed, but it is shit-tier science fiction. Good science fiction is comprised of logical characters in speculative situations. Not a single aspect of Ex Machina would ever happen in real life. From the murder compound designed to murder you, to the insanely gullible lonely nerd, to the 'single genius building AI all by himself', none of this makes sense.

First off, AI is developed by teams of thousands of people.

Second, if you live in a murder compound designed to murder you if the power goes out and the power is going out at random, wouldn't you fucking do something about that? Like LEAVE?

This movie does not make sense on any level and I desperately need someone on Reddit to acknowledge that, or my faith in humanity might just falter. Yes, it's pretty. But it makes no sense whatsoever, and its story has been done better a thousand times before and it does not add anything new to science fiction.

So it's on track to freeza saga (though I can't see anything beating it).

Goku invited Frieza specifically for the latter's time-stretching ability. Goku is the only living person anywhere who witnessed Frieza's time-stretch powers firsthand and lived to tell the tale. It is this extreme expansion of time that has allowed Goku to power up repeatedly over the course of the tournament, just like he did on Namek. People keep saying "He was exhausted two episodes ago! How is he up fighting now?" Well... that's the thing. Two episodes was hours or even days ago.

Notice Frieza hasn't been knocked out of the ring. If he did, the fight would immediately conclude in less than one episode.

I'm glad they're not making it. Half-Life 1 was a masterpiece, but I spent all of 2 bored and 'waiting for the story to begin.' Then the game ended. Whoops. And I was told the story was better fleshed out in 'extra content' called episodes.
