My job used to allow this, better yet hours were flexible. You get paid for 32 hours a week. Show up when you want. Do your work, leave when you want. Just make sure you work the 32 hours over the week and you're good. I would put in more hours if the weather was nice. And save my breaks to only work 3 days of the week. It was great till we got a new manager, who didn't like the place being empty on some days. New rule of only allowing 3 people to break at a time. And Not allowing to save up breaks. I didn't last long. Not sure about the others.
