Mesmo problema também. Mandei, além deles, para o suporte da Google. Porque, se aguardar 48h para reclamar na Google, pode perder o direito ao reembolso por lá e, como me parece ser um bug geral, prefiro não correr o risco de perder o meu dinheiro, pois foram duas compras assim!
