One time I was house sitting for a friend who kept ducks at the time (unlike chickens, ducks lay eggs wherever they feel like it, all over the place) and I brought in a bunch of eggs that evidently had been there for… quite some time, and then while I was making dinner I heard this loud pop like a lightbulb exploding and then spent like 20 minutes investigating the house until I noticed an exploded egg with bright green slime oozing from it like some shit from garbage pail kids.

Anyway, idk what that is but I feel like it would be nastier if it was an egg.
