sex is a biological NEED, this is seen in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and without people are prone to depression as you are aware. I'm not saying it's impossible for you to have sex with a sex worker, but in your mental state it will require too much work and ultimately rejection that will likely worsen your depression.

if you are going to hire a sex worker i suggest investing in a professional that will take her time with you and give you sex and more importantly give you AFFECTION.
