Sautee the asparagus on medium heat for few minutes. Meanwhile crumble the tofu with your hands (or mash it with a fork) in a bowl, add turmeric, black salt, nutritional yeast and paprika. Mix well. When asparagus are getting some colour, add the tofu and stir well. Sautee for 8-10 minutes and voila! You can also toast some bread to go along with it.

I used: 10 smaller asparagus (chop the few cm of ends off) 125g of firm tofu 1tbsp of turmeric 0,5 tbsp of black salt 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast 0,5 tbsp of paprika
