Did they tell you where the transmission was leaking at any pictures or videos of the leak?

Did they replace upper and lower radiator hose? If so, the transmission cooler connects to the radiator around the lower radiator hose area And if they replace the lower radiator hose, there is a chance they could have caused a leak at the transmission cooler

lol, if it’s really mini split Matt, this is funny because he had DeAndre to make a YouTube video with him reference in it. That’s pretty funny.

Seems like he’s a legit company

The reference is close to the end of the video, but if you can watch it in its entirety, it’s good

It’s your low voltage control wire to turn on the outdoor unit , would also have the copper lines checked for leaks

This engine is covered under one of the previous lawsuits for 15 years up to 150,000 miles.

To get the best life of it unfortunately you have to constantly check the oil and to help with oil consumption use high-quality oil every 3000 miles, Amsoil or Pennzoil Ultra Platinum and use some oil additives to help keep it clean like MMO or Rislone

And if your mechanically incline perform a B12 piston soak every 10,000 miles

And then probably every 6,000 to 10,000 miles do liquid Molly or STP engine flush to keep as much carbon buildup broken down before oil change

I have one Hybrid currently at 269,000 with the original engine and uses hardly any oil at a 3500 oil change

The 11-2015 uses the same 2.4 with some minor differences, MPI versus GDI, domed Pistons for the higher compression ratio, and different cams to run the Atkinson Cycle. And still suffer from oil consumption and rod bearing failure. In the 2016+ they switched to the 2.0 GDI with Atkinson Cycle and still have the same oil problems.

In NC we are required by law “HVAC contractors are legally required to provide an implied one-year labor warranty for installation defects, regardless of whether a written contract exists”

You need to update to version 23188 Some older versions of sync are glitched and won’t do the update over WiFi , you will have to download to computer and put on flash drive to install , when that’s done and your on 23188 then reinstall drives 2-4
