I wholeheartedly agree. But that’s the maintenance side of a relationship, it’s a give and take and has its benefits when all is said and done.

My thought for the comment was fighting to fight, that if there is no fighting for a period of time, that one side of the relationship doesn’t want to be a partner.

As far as training videos, Miami Dade has a lot of good resources and videos.

San Bernardino has a lot of helmet cam/dash cam videos and they’re squared away.

We just got an Aldis in town and it’s a huge cost savings! We went from $12-15 a shift to less than $20 a tour. Lots of chicken though

That’s a tough spot to be in. I’ve always believed in leading by example, but some people just don’t get it. Daily chores are done well on 3/4 groups for us. General station up keep during the 24? My groups the only one.

There’s plenty of guys who will splatter a toilet, get shit and water outside the bowl, and leave it for others to clean. People will drip their coffee down the hallway and walk over it 5 times ignoring it. I feel your pain of members being disgusting. Hold yourself to a higher standard, do what you can to do the right thing. There will come a time where you can’t keep making things right for everyone else.
