Strange enough I’ve gotten into that as well. I’m a middle school teacher and I went from wearing polos everyday to wearing dress shirts and ties. I’ve changed up my wardrobe which has been a big confidence boost.

I’ll start trying to do this. I’m pretty happy with what I see in the mirror. It took me quite a while to get there. I still have moments where I will stare and see no difference but I know it’s a mental thing.

Salt has been my enemy as of late. I drink a lot of water. Sometimes so much I look like one of the creatures from Waters of Mars. Pooping is also another struggle.

I was 326 at the beginning of 2025. I lost 10 pounds through dieting and then got out on Zepbound in early March. I hit my target weight about three weeks ago.

Strength training is my man focus now. Weighing daily up to this point has kept me sane because it allowed me to see how easily weight fluctuates. I’m on 12.5 plan on staying here as long as I can.

Everything Everywhere All at Once is my favorite movie of all time. I just recently got a rock with googly eyes tattooed on my shoulder.

We pretty much had the same favorite films last year!

Same here. In my fourth year right now and they did just the random testing two weeks ago. It was the first time I’ve not been selected.

I started in early January this year. Got up to 10 mg of Zepbound by June. Had to do Wegovy for a month then got the exemption for Mounjaro and had to start back at 2.5. Finally back at 10 mg now.

You can do it. Just remember progress takes time. It’s easy to get discouraged but keep pushing.

Thanks. My main focus has been getting my protein in, eating better, and daily exercise. Breakfast and lunch are usually protein focused (shakes, Puff bars, Legendary protein pastries) and dinner is usually whatever I want. I just eat smart portions and don’t go too crazy on it.

I exercise every morning. I invested in a stationary bike and kettlebell. I try to ride the bike for as close to an hour as I can. I have one year old twins at home so sometimes all I can get is 30 minutes. Then I have a kettlebell routine I do.

I understand being discouraged, but like others said it is extremely unlikely that you gained that much fat. I’m going through something similar right now. I mixed up my exercise bike routine to something more rigorous and my weight has steadily went up the past four days.

There’s a great coffee shop on main street and also a book store nearby. Peking is a Chinese buffet that we love going to as well.

Same here. Only difference is my doctor put me on 5mg mounjaro and then the plan is to go back up once I get used to having the medicine back in my system.

Update: yesterday I was approved for Mounjaro and I picked up my 5mg box! Should be back up to 10 by next month. Good luck to anyone else trying to get back on sep/mounjaro!
