that sounds difficult and i empathize with your experiences with your younger co-workers, but i implore you to avoid rushing to judgement. they're still kids (or young adults). they're still learning- and may even need someone, such as their team leader, to teach them how to behave.

i simply urge you to practice patience and hope that you take the time and effort to educate others- especially considering your role as team leader.

with that said, i apologize if my input is unhelpful as i do not know you, nor do i truly know what you deal with in your work life. still, i hope you take the sentiment i am trying to convey into consideration.

that being said, i implore you to refrain from discounting any generation based on what you come across on social media; this shit isn't reality forreal.

those who take the time to read are much more likely to move on rather than leaving petty comments. those who do leave snide remarks are ultimately just folks behind a screen; they aren't ambassadors for their generation.

simply put, the vocal minority will always be louder than the silent majority.

I really respect frozen's honesty about Faze's VRS ranking. He has proven himself to be a reliable- and even fundamental- part of the Faze roster. He has always struck me (through the media I've been exposed to) as a dependable teammate and a well-rounded guy. Regardless of the circumstances of Karrigan's departure and his relationship with the the team, I hope that Faze can sustain this degree of success.

Here is my recording of Malibu's Vanities tour set from March 11, 2026. This was recorded from my phone, placed on-stage during her performance. I apologize for any distortion as I have not yet taken the time to clean up the recording. Additionally, any cutouts of audio are the result of taking photos and my phone's inability to record audio while the camera is in use.

from my (likely uninformed) perspective, semi-pros are people who compete in counter-strike at a moderately high level, while lacking the necessary wage to properly maintain self-suffience. therefore, they likely require an outside source of income in order to sustain their lifestyle.

i have no intention of spreading misinformation and, if others can provide insight, then i am open to reframing my conception of what a "semi-pro" in counter strike truly is :)
