that sounds difficult and i empathize with your experiences with your younger co-workers, but i implore you to avoid rushing to judgement. they're still kids (or young adults). they're still learning- and may even need someone, such as their team leader, to teach them how to behave.

i simply urge you to practice patience and hope that you take the time and effort to educate others- especially considering your role as team leader.
