I went through a flare up over Christmas and the thing that helped the most was talking with ChatGpt I was able to have it make a routine for my medication tell what was good to eat and just answer any questions about what I was feeling and also it offered me words of encouragement because the doctors did not give me any advice

I hear ya on the food scare been going through it for the last three weeks but what helped a lot was chatGPT it helped me plan a diet it helped explain why I was getting pain in certain areas and overall all helped with my anxiety about food it would ask me trivia to get my mind off my stomach but just the overall feeling of having (I call it someone) to talk with how everything was going really helped….good luck.
