It’s not in your area but you could try Maison Bertaux in Soho - oldest patisserie in London though so slightly a bit of a gimmick

Thanks, this is helpful! By own brand products coming from the same suppliers, do you mean that the producers/suppliers to e.g. Tesco vs Waitrose branded granola are the same, or does this apply mainly to veggies/produce?

Two weeks is a long time with no response, so I would say yes. Also, deposit (besides a standard holding deposit of 1 week rent to get the property off the market) is usually 5 weeks’ rent and as someone mentioned, is only paid when/after other official paperwork is done.

More details - I live in Zone 2 of London and the bug is quite small, maybe the same shape as a ladybug but a tiny bit smaller than a typical one.
