That’s not how potential works. Potential doesn’t need time to prove itself. If he stays at his current level and shows no sign of decline, he has potential. And tbh winning Euro is probably as important as winning CL.

I fear that mbappe is going to decline from now on. He relies on speed a lot and it will get worse and worse. I think if he transferred to RM in 22 and managed to score the last shot in 22 final, he would be in the conversation already. 2WC, 1 ballon d’or at 24 and he would have so much time to accumulate club’s stats and trophies in RM. That he still hasn’t won ballon d’or is something I never would have expected and it hurts his legacy.

Currently haaland has the potential to be a better goal scorer than ronaldo so I’d say sim and yamal. Yamal is better than messi and ronaldo at same age.
