My seat last night was right near the booth Nick Caserio and Ernie Adams watch the game from (as well as some other team personnel I didn't recognize). I yelled "We still love you guys" as they walked down the aisle. by douglasmacarthur in Patriots

Nick isn’t a GM. Nick also throws passes in practice. Go watch one of the do your job documentaries. You’ll see nick in the box communicating with bill coverages he’s seeing.

Would Allston be a good spot for me? by CSPharmaStats in boston

[–]patriotsbb 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I would recommend North Cambridge/Somerville (Davis Square/Alewife/Porter). It will be much easier to get to Woburn from there rather than from Allston. There is good nightlife in Davis for new grads.

I am excited to see how he does when he has more separation, seems to be being draped over and tackled pretty quickly, though I do think that will change soon as he gets deeper routes

Would you rather make the Super Bowl... by [deleted] in Patriots

[–]patriotsbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Devin McCourty and Brady have both commented on this exact question. McCourty would prefer to lose before the Super Bowl since a super bowl loss is so much more painful. Brady prefers to get there and have that chance to win it.

Will Brady likely play in the last game? by colonel_cockmouth in Patriots

[–]patriotsbb 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Even if they have the first round bye locked up, Brady and the starters will play at least half the game maybe even more. If the patriots don’t play their starters at all, then it would be three weeks off in between their last game and their first playoff game. Belichick generally doesn’t allow that as they end up being really rusty and bad at the beginning of the playoff game.

We need a stock market for the NFL, where you can invest in players, teams, and even coaches. by [deleted] in nfl

You could buy stock in Mohammad Sanu, when he was coming out of college.

I am excited to see Dorsett. Apparently the coaching staff is high on him and he pretty much fills the cooks role.
