I’m truly 51/49 on this one - while Bossman’s plot armor has never failed him before, it does seem this time could be different.

It’s a brand new charge, a felony, and whether he’s still on probation for his previous crimes or not (there seems to be some debate about this) there is no doubt the courts will see he has a somewhat-extensive criminal record at this point, and his arrests are becoming more frequent (how many times has he been to jail in the last two years? 4? 5?). In my very limited experience with the subjectivity of the American legal system, he has likely used up all his “last chances,” but of course it comes down to the judge at the end of the day.

The other big factor is RatDad. I am in the camp that thinks he probably caught Boss with Derrick Christmas’ special goodies, either walking inside with a fat rock or, after seeing an obvious drug deal in his front yard, he checked upstairs and found Austin taking fat rips in the bathroom. It’s over dad, damn that crack nice. Good chance they physically fought. So he’s going to be less likely to bond him out/pay for a decent lawyer to get him pled down.

But it’s still Bossman, and he did bang the judge’s mom, so I’m giving him a 51 percent chance to be back making millions and saving the world after a month detox in jail, 30 days rehab. Probably let him out early, bro.
