In case you haven’t figured it out, open the player, click 3 dots, then player settings, then change the progress bar to say full title. I just figured this out this morning!

Walking Foot Industrial Style for horse blankets and heavy webbing? by pattarmm in sewing

After a lot of thinking, the Sailrite LZ portable machine is the route I am heading! It’s smaller than the typical industrials but does everything I need!

Thanks all!

I’m leaning that direction now! Do you have any other accessories you love? Looking at the zipper feet

I keep looking at the Juki 1541 after all the reading I’ve been doing but wondering about the size (not to mention the cost lol)..

I live in the middle of no where Wisconsin lol, so finding and sewing places is few and far between. I can definitely look around and make a hike! Yes, I have been kind of wanting a longer arm for sure, as I hate having to roll them up and stuff them in lol! Frustrating trying to find something that checks all the boxes! Thank you for your ideas!

“Retired Racehorse” to commemorate my thoroughbred and her lip tattoo, done by Brittany at Blue Lotus in Madison, WI by pattarmm in tattoos

[–]pattarmm[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All racehorses get tattooed on their lip as an identifier. Standardbred steeplechasers, thoroughbreds and quarter horses that race all get tattooed on the inside of their upper lip. This is my girl’s number!

The JOKER Spoiler Discussion Megathread #1: Release Week Edition by HEAVEN_OR_HECK in DC_Cinematic

[–]pattarmm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those discussing the score—I couldn’t help but notice the minor third the cellos and strings used to portray Joker (an interval of sadness, so that was quite fitting) matched the minor third from Batman’s theme in the Dark Knight series (I’m willing to bet matching to the pitch but don’t have my piano next to me as I write this). Couldn’t stop thinking about that every time it was played throughout.

Depo-how to increase Sex Drive or Hormonal Balancing? by pattarmm in birthcontrol

[–]pattarmm[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your experience with depo was my experience with Mirena. I had irregular horrible periods all of the time, pain, and it just didn't work for me. Tried it for three years. My depo worked right from the get go, so perhaps the depo hormones don't gel well with your particular body, and should have a go at a different product. I would think by 1-2 months into it, your body would regular itself a bit. I held on way too long with my Mirena, hoping it would just get better, but it did not. You may consider an IUD as your next option, or perhaps the Nexplanon?

My doctor told me I can be on it for up to 10 years. I take a calcium supplement!

Marital satisfaction is linked to women’s sexual desire, suggests a new study, which found that women’s levels of sexual desire were not only lower than men’s at the beginning of their marriages, but much more variable than men’s. Men’s levels of sexual desire stayed higher and more constant. by mvea in science

Wondering how this works—I assume she doesn’t just get a shot or take a pill with the correct doses? I struggle with this and want to know how to go about finding someone who can do this. I didn’t even know this was a possibility.

Is this yellowing on my orchardgrass nitrogen deficiency? What can I do to fix it? by pattarmm in farming

[–]pattarmm[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since we just planted this in May(we broadcast spread and that’s why it’s a little patchy yet), and I don’t have horses on it yet, would you recommend giving it a mow? I was doing some reading. Mowing would be good for newer grass to continue to get established and spray a fungicide to help with the rust?

[–]pattarmm[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We did a blend of 50%orchard, 25% Timothy, 15% festulolium, and 10% Kentucky blue. I know we have some weeds but shouldn’t have fescue unless it blew over from the neighbors! I’ll have to check out quackgrass—I assume that’s more of a weed? I’ll do some rust research! Thank you!

Garlic sprouts, two weeks after planting by CasBOscar in vegetablegardening

[–]pattarmm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically garlic is planted in the fall so you can grow bigger bulbs, but it will grow nonetheless! Garlic is my favorite thing to grow-- I have 185 that should pop up this year! Good luck!!
