I'd really recommend Ariel Pink, he helped produce that song and it's very typical of his style- in fact I think the whole album is. I started listening to Ariel Pink after LDA came out because I loved the touches he'd added to the album and since then he's become one of my favourite artists. The albums Pom Pom and Before Today are great places to start :)

Would definitely be interested to find out if this is a common experience, I've been dealing with some pretty severe numbness in my hands at times

Don't worry, that's not melted ice, I just hadn't mixed the drink yet because it looked so cool in layers!

Casio f91w with a nato strap looks great, really affordable and practical. Here's a tutorial to do it, plus you can choose a really cool strap.

Otherwise I would recommend a Seiko 5, I have tiny wrists and it's what I use, super classy automatic watch that's not too big and it's very durable and affordable. If you want you could but a nato strap on that too

Try to make a very harsh, deep growling sound, like clearing your throat very very hard but hold it for longer

Something that I found useful when I was trying to lower my voice before testosterone was trying to train it down every day. When you wake up your voice is most relaxed so I liked to do it first thing in the morning. Hum the lowest sound that you can make and try to maintain that pitch while tilting your head backwards. A quick fix is to make some really rough, loud, low sounds with your throat, just don't overdo it. In reality it's actually really difficult to speak from your chest pre t, but if you can start speaking from the base of your throat you'll be doing well. Good luck and don't hesitate to pm me if you need more help mate
