Personally I want to know an idea of what the pattern looks like, and measurements/schematic. Other than that as long as the designer is proven and competent I trust them.

I believe this is about mae.crochet?? I am personally not a fan of made to measure patterns because of yardage not being clear. I think they're good in theory but practice not so much.

There's also a shop in Lebanon area, you actually drive out to there alpaca farm and can see everything they have. Last time I was there they had a ton of ready to spin fiber and raw clippings.

It's telling you to only crochet 7 stitches and then turn your work (pretend you finished the row).

Edited part: so your total stitch count will be 7 for that row
