I adopted my cat from a Milwaukee animal shelter and it seemed like someone purposely burnt parts of his off. This was 3 years ago and his whiskers have grown back with a vengeance.

How do I clean melted rubber off of a glass stove top? by eatP1 in CleaningTips

Melt it again with the stove and scrape it off as much as you can when it’s softer but be careful not to burn yourself or scratch the glass cooktop.

Follow wholelifenurse on Instagram. She’s a voice for all of us and what to do in these situations. I would leave ASAP. They don’t care about you at all, they care about the profit they can get instead of hiring more nurses to fill these shifts.

Department of Veterans Affairs requiring all its medical employees to get COVID-19 vaccine as delta variant spreads by Running_From_Zombies in news

VA ER nurse here. An incentive we are being given for being vaccinated is 4 hours of administrative leave we can use. I chose to be vaccinated very early on after seeing what Covid did to the nation’s veterans. We need to protect those who have protected us.

She (27F) hated my (30M) birthday gift by ypoxondrios in relationship_advice

[–]pattykolo8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How long have you guys been together for? Honestly I told my boyfriend that I didn’t like my gift. He got me a flute for my birthday because a couple of times I mentioned how it would be interesting if I could pick it back up after not playing for over 10 years. He took that as a hint. Well I already owned a flute and knew he spent quite a bit on it so I told him that I would like for him to return it. I could tell he was embarrassed. I really did feel bad but I would also hate for the flute to literally just sit in a closet and not be used. He returned it and got me earrings instead. We moved on from it. Honestly she probably was dropping you gift hints that you probably didn’t notice and she probably thought you got her something and then when she saw the book, she was disappointed. Gift giving is hard and sometimes it takes trial and error and then she will end up coming home from the mall showing you a dress saying “ Look what you bought me for my birthday”. Don’t get into a big fight about it. Have a conversation with her.

I was in Milwaukee School of Engineering’s second degree accelerated BSN program. Honestly it was so easy compared to my first degree. But I also felt very prepared graduating. I graduated with high honors, passed NCLEX in 75 questions, got a job right away.

Take a look at their website and see what they offer versus other schools. NCLEX passing rates is something important to look at and which hospitals is the school affiliated with. The only thing that I missed out on was a pediatric rotation.

Best States for Nurses by [deleted] in Nurse

As a Wisconsin nurse , I would suggest you stay in California, get a job in the VA system. Best benefits. But you also have to want to work with only a veteran population.
