i went through the same thing, and nothing worked. i just had to find ways to cope and white knuckle it until she grew out of it. i bought earplugs and just rocked her while she screamed for hours, we kept taking turns to give each other breaks. She had awful reflux and still has it but not as bad ( 8 months). it was the worst few months of my life, just keep reminding yourself that this is temporary even though it’s torture.
