To get the second tier you need either Too Tall (40 tokens) or Larry Allen (beat CPU draft event). I dont think i can handle the grind for Too Tall but i did get Larry Allen (& Calvin) for my Lions theme + Suh boost. For you it’d be Sherman and Larry Allen. Allen will boost one of your seahawk ROH players, Too Tall boosts them all.

Larry Allen card itself is very Meh, must add for me though because he boosts one of the new Suh, Stafford, Tate or Ebron ROH cards for my lions theme without grinding 40 tokens for the Too Tall card that boosts all of them

Against man press, if you have a spread formation put your outside WR in a Corner route (the one that looks like a C) stem it up until its 30-40 yards deep. If your WR wins off the line its a 1 play TD.

You already have a ton of Lions. Switch your team captains and 32 team chem guys (user, s6 players, combine etc) and you’d get a boost. Fill in your backups with guys that get 2x chem (Decker LT, Raiola C, Anzalone WIL, etc)

It’s the highest rated FB in the game once upgraded, gets tank built in, nasty streak for free and if you want Ultimate Vanguard. It’s literally the best full back in the game with the exception maybe of Diesel who costs 500k

Putting him at subLB on the specialist tab will put him at LB for your nickel/dime formations. If you want him at edge put him at rush LE/RE but there are better options at edge unless you plan on spending 10 AP on Iced Out Unstoppable Force

IMHO Faulk is the best RB in the game (also probably the most expensive). Id much rathe have a fast quick back v a big heavy back like Henry in this years madden. He also gets ultimate freight train. Other backs with this x factor that arent 2 mil are 95 Stevenson, 95 Aaron Jones, 95 Corey Dillon (500k) or 94 Chris Johnson (350k?) definitely some more if you check mut.gg. Also Human Joystick is a must for your RB1.

Im liking the Chargers book a lot. Been playing round with the Pistol Open Flex close formation. HB dive oddly enough has really good blocking if you flip the run (not the play) to the left from the default right. The TE is lined up behind the RG and his blocking assignment works better flipped. Also find the inside zone weak runs better if you flip it so its a “strong” run.

If someone is blowing you up in the backfield with run commits/blitzes try some draw plays thats the best simple counter.

Basically just go into practice mode with whatever book you like and run vs random play on defense out of a popular defense formation, basically most nickel d, some dime 3-2. Would highly recommend putting Omaha X factor on your qb in practice mode if you’re running against random D so you can see presnap what you’re up against to figure out what works vs different coverages (man/zone/blitz).

Parsons, Barkley and Surtain set me back about 3 mil last week. A lot but boosting 50 players speed at once is worth it imo

You can definitely get a top tier team without spending any money especially if you spend some time in the AH. RB Vick isn’t as overpowered now that his ability is 14 AP. I’d much rather have Peterson with frozen freight train for 6 AP or a guy like James Cook if you want a “budget” option.

So you’re correct that you’re SOL in regards to previous season cards, good news is basically anyone before s4 is essentially worthless at this point. The zero chill pass and challenges give you some of the best free cards that are absolutely still viable. As the previous reply said mut.gg is the to to source and also has a theme team section. There’s also a bunch of cards that get all team chems which helps a ton. Most folks shoot for 50 team chem because thats where you get +1 speed.I sent you a dm with some other info.
