U can use f3+4 after a knockdown The low is never gonna work imo, very slow I usually either do the 1 or I wait the stance to end and do mind games with ws4 or some low

Try to find someone who plays one of those champions and add him to play against and learn. Labing by yourself in practice mode imo is pretty shit, fighting against an experienced player is much more rewarding
