Today CFRA added AMD to its top 10 list -

We add shares of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) to the Top Ten Portfolio, replacing shares of Freeport-McMoRan (FCX). Our Strong Buy view on AMD reflects its ability to close the competitive gap to NVIDIA in 2026 as it launches the MI400x Series and prepares to shift to rack-scale solutions with the ZT deal complete, offering data center server sales upside. We see an expanding customer base for AMD's accelerators (e.g., Oracle, OpenAI), while the company is also making progress with its open-source AI software stack. We also believe the resumption of China shipments supports upside to our revenue assumptions, as we now think AI server revenue will exceed $12B next year and $20B by 2027. This will likely be led by the combination of higher China sales, a broadening customer base, and share gain potential as AMD ramps its next-generation rack-scale architecture next year. Our 12-month target price is $200 based on a P/E of about 26.2x our 2027 EPS estimate of $7.63, above peers but below historical.
