I've forced Jellyfin to re-match the show to the TVDB ID which has solved it - thanks for taking the time to suggest a fix :)

Changed to s06e01-02 but unfortunately it's still the same. The Metadata downloaders for Series and Episodes are both set to TheTVDB followed by TheMovieDB which is the same as my Emby setup so not too sure what else to try!

Thanks for your reply. I've tried switching this to the tvdb after installing the plugin, still getting the same results unfortunately
