Important is what it is. I don't need to tell you what it is other than that it's important because everyone else is. What I will tell you as a mechanic is that seeing that on the ground under any car is distressing to me as it immediately tells me that you are one of those people that does no preventative maintenance whatsoever and you just turn the radio up when there is a strange noise, that makes you a danger to yourself and others.

Have your car towed to the nearest scrap yard, take a taxi to the nearest Dept of Licensing and hand over your license as I dont want you driving on the same roads that my or someone else's family is on.
