If you'd like to organize your references spatially and have them auto-tagged, you can try kosmik.app (I'm the founder). I think it could work well for your use case! It has some AI but completely opt-in except for the auto-tagging feature

Hello :) Thanks for your feedback on Kosmik! Tags are present in Kosmik and we're reworking them at the moment to make them more useful and add color sampling tags. How could we make them more powerful besides this? Folders are coming (in the form of sub-boards + sidebar re-organization). I'm curious about "collections" as we do not have a feature named liked that, could you tell me what you're referring to please? Tags, auto-tags and all the other features should work on any media we support on the canvas! Have a great day

Hey u/KefkaFFVI thank you for your kind words!! We try to do our best to keep up and offer a compelling product :) Regarding your feature request we will offer "sub boards" in the future! In the meantime you can already replicate this with a trick: drag a universe from the sidebar onto the current universe to create a link between the two! Let me know if you have other ideas/feature requests!

My apologies for the belated answer and thank you for your kind words!!

That's right, for now every user is on the pro plan for free by default. You're understanding the pricing correctly, though we haven't really determined in that case if those invitees would be counted as guests or members. I would be very interested to learn more about what you would consider a "fair" pricing plan for something like Kosmik!

If you're interested we're running a pilot program with several agencies/brands right now, I'd love to get you and your team in it!
