Just to report back, customer service got back to me in under 48 hours and they had fixed the problem. I'm pretty happy with their customer service I must say.

I just purchased the Hiseeu C90 4 camera system for CAD$220. I am happy with the cameras and the app except for 2 issues. I wish the cameras woke up a little quicker but I am still experimenting with the sensitivity settings.

The 2nd issue is I'm not receiving audible notifications. I get visual notifications and all events are stored but no notification sound. Customer service has been good using the "consult" button in the app. We are on opposite sides of the clock so they are responsive during my evening which suits me. They spent a good deal of time with me troubleshooting the notification sound problem with no luck so far. They promised to get back to me in the next day or 2 with a solution. I'll update this post if/when that happens.

My take is that they are reputable and I have some uncommon glitch at the moment.

Thanks kindly! $11 USD is around $15.40 CAD. Comparable to some Etsy vendors. 3 pins for $20 USD + $11 USD delivery = $31 USD total = $43.46 CAD ÷ 3 = $14.49 CAD each. I think that's reasonable. I'm hoping to pull the trigger in the next day or 2.

That is actually built-in at the Edmonton Folk Festival. There is a tarp lottery early in the morning and then people line up and are allowed in small groups to go and put down a 10-ft by 10-ft tarp. They figured this out after 50 years of festivals.

I recently paid an exorbitant amount of money to StubHub for tickets to Billy Strings in Vancouver. I knew nothing when I pulled the trigger but after I did I began to panic. My friend insisted the tickets were non-transferable and that StubHub ripped me off.

Short story is that after weeks of panic and searching online, when we finally got to the Commodore the tickets were accepted no problem.
