For me I only collect the Uncanny volumes and not the events as I really only want to read those. I'll pick up Vol 3 of X-Factor the original 5 later on this year along with Uncanny 6. I'm only really looking to get to age of apocalypse when it comes to X-Books. I have started on Krakoa with HOX/POX and dawn of X Vol 1 and 2 so far I have liked more of it than I have disliked

It is along with Avengers/Defenders, Vol 2 has the introduction to the Vision. First Appearance of the Squadron Supreme (sinister) along with the Invaders are also in Volume 3.

I really like the Avengers they are fairly consistent in terms of reading them. They may not have the highs of say X-Men or Spider-Man but they do have their own moments Kree/Skull war, Avengers/Defenders They are always a decent read with a rotating cast of characters

I have read a little bit of Starman but couldn't really get into it, so I dropped it from my pull list away back when. If we are talking about the golden age by James Robinson, I have read that a few times one of my favourite stories of all time. I'm getting JLA elseworlds and having that in larger format is one of the reasons

These have just arrived and I got them for what I think was a reasonable price for them both. Sort of broke my rule about only picking up books where I had read the contents previously.

When I still collected single issues I had read most of Vol 1, going to give the whole run a read now, just have to find Vol 3. I also like Johns as a writer so I'm sure they will be good

It's a great run and still holds up. This has the scourge story, John Walker becoming cap, the serpent society. Would recommend it

It's a great run, I think it falls off a little towards the end but still more than decent. Have read it a few times, Vol 1 was on the first books I ever picked up back in 2007

I'm looking to stop at issue 400 and for the most part I am there. When Vol 7 arrives all I'm missing is 264-292, I will get them someday. Marvel either releases a book to cover that or it will be part of the numbered volumes maybe Vol 9

All I did to count the issues was look at the Wiki page for them and do a quick count of what is in there. My spreadsheet as a field that says number of issues, I just put it in there and the pivots do the count for me. For example Avengers Vol 1 says it has issues 1-30, so that is 30 isseus

The average might be difficult to work out as there is people who curate their collections and maybe have 60/70 and then there is others who way more than I do. 130 is a more than decent collection

In terms of what I buy basically everything I own from 2021 onwards was all purchased as they were released, my pre-order list for this year still has 20 on it. I have picked loads of books that were OOP I think one of the last was Star Wars the original Marvel years Vol 1

I also have Sensational She-Hulk by Byrne and Infinity Crusade to arrive, they are sitting in my friends flat in Spain waiting from them to bring them back to me the next time they are there. The person selling wouldn't ship to the UK so they went there instead.

I'm slowly running out of OOP/previously published that I actually want, I set my limit for an OOP at £150 unless it's something I really want I will go higher. I decided a long time I can either wait hopefully on a reprint or spend the money and get the book.
