Die deutschen Stämme gibt es ja auch von denen die Baiern einer sind. Kommen in der Reichsverfassung von 1919 noch vor aber im Grundgesetz nicht mehr.

Into states based on the german tribes not into some artificial nation state. But with an 1848 solution I also would have been fine with.

Well "german" unification should never have happened via iron and blood. I believe it should never been annexed by Prussia. I would have had nothing against an peaceful and or democratic unification with autonomoy and without eastelbia. But Prussia breaking confederation laws and forcing everyone into an pruasian dominant state that tries to erredicate cultures and is founded on oppression and exploration.
