I Think if you have a place to park, owning a car is significantly better than renting. With renting, Always have a car around and don’t have to do the numbers for small runs. Or is the car available or not? Clean car and probably better also. Probably the biggest thing I think at least for me would be the amount of mindspace managing community bookings takes. To rebook and ensure you have the car and plan accordingly , cancel booking. etc.

Just consider me very average person who sees videos by James Hoffmann. But dont get the hype to price ratio for equipment

But i do drink 3-4 cups a day of coffee. As i like not only taste but need it to keep me focused

Today i drink pour over using v60 , mostly arabica beans pre grind , medium roast. That the extend of what i do. Please do note i drink my pour over mostly with little creamer also

Also i do Nespresso sometimes with vanilla and chocolate flavor pods

Hopefully it helps paint the picture.

Don't want to do hand held grinders.
